I am trying to make calls from USA after purchasing an add in from EE to do so. I’ve tried all the suggestions I can find in line but can’t call EE customer service either

Phone says call failed when trying to call from USA. Can’t even call EE customer service. I purchased a package in order to use my included minutes for call to and from UK and within USA.

iPhone 8, iOS 15

Hello GThorn,

If you are still unable to make calls after reviewing the steps in this article that you’ve already looked over, then you would need to get in touch with your wireless carrier using another phone that can make calls or get in touch with them another way.
