Removing previous owner from Apple Watch
I recently found an Apple Watch at the dump and I don’t know how to remove the previous owners account in order to link it with mine. What should I do?

Turn it into your local police department to see if they can get it back to its owner. If they won't take it, take it to an Apple Store for proper recycling. You can't remove the previous owner.
