I want to download IOS now not later tonight because I only have WiFi now. How do I do that?

I only have WiFi in the daytime. I am trying to download the latest version of IOS, but it says it will download later tonight. How can I do it?

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Open Settings>General>Software Update and towards the bottom, tap on Download.
