You can find what your iPhone model is via Settings > General > About > Model Name or Model Number > one tap next to model number > you will get model number based on region.

Find the model number of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you own the iPhone 6 or 6 Plus, it does not support iOS 13, and therefore cannot be updated.

This only means that the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus are now considered too old to get the latest iOS updates. The last model that will still be receiving iOS updates will be the iPhone 6S or later models.
