Apple Watch 6 with watchOS 8.5. I no longer receive weekly summary notifications on Monday. Related option in the setup menu is gone too. Is this a new feature with the recent update? Is there anyway to turn it back on?

On your paired iPhone in the Watch app > Notifications > Activity, do you currently have Allow Notifications enabled?
If it is turned on but you still don't receive notifications , then you'll want to cover the basics like restarting or resetting the watch.
Restart your Apple WatchUnpair and erase your Apple Watch
If the notifications still don't work after that, we'd recommend contacting Apple for assistance: Get Support

When you erased Apple Watch, did you unpair it and setup with a backup? If not, get started with Unpair and erase your Apple Watch.
Also, if you have a VPN enabled on your iPhone, disable it.

I am able to see weekly summary on my watch at the very bottom of the activity app. But I don’t get any notifications on Monday, which I used to get.

Yes notification is on. Also I can set other options for stand reminder, daily coaching, goal completion, etc. but there’s no option for weekly summary. I tried erase the watch but still don’t see the option regarding weekly summary.
Yes I erased it and set up using my recent backups. And I don’t have vpn on my phone.
