Lost phone no coverage

If you was to have lost your phone with your phone can I get a new one with coverage

The only coverage that Apple has for replacing a lost/stolen phone is AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss. That is something that has to be purchased separately. So if you did not purchase that, then it is not covered. An exception would be if your carrier provided you with some type of insurance for theft or loss. You would have to ask them.
