Can't type "/" without holding the fn key, why is that?

I can't type "/" without having to hold the fn key. This issue happens to another language input as well.

When I changed the keyboard setting back to default, it's still the same.

Does anyone have the same issue?

I got a 2021 M1 MacBookPro

I think this might help

Preferences.” Then, select “Universal Access” in the System category.
Click on the “Mouse” tab.
Click on “Press the Option key five times to turn Mouse Keys on or Off” to enable the shortcut for essentially turning on and off Num Lock.

You have the NumLock function turned on. Many laptops have this feature because that don't have a numeric keypad. Look for the NumLck key on the top row of your keyboard. Press Fn + NumLck to toggle OFF this function.

It might be a VERY stupid question, but is NumLock key the same as Caps Lock key? Where do I find it on a MacBook Pro?

I tried to look at my top row of the keyboard but nothing looks like it. :(

Tried to google it as well but it only showed where to find it on the Bluetooth keyboard.
