Can’t use caller ID

My caller ID button won’t appear at all . All can see is a spinning wheel. I rang my provider last time and they gave me a code and it fixed it up but I can’t seem to find the code for it again. My provider gave me another code to enable it and disable it when I make a call but it doesn’t clear the button . The code to block your number is *31#

Please ensure that you have iOS 15.4 installed. If you need to update your iPhone, you'll want to follow these steps: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Install the latest carrier settings on your iPhone, if one is available. Here's how: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone

Reset Network Settings by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
