How to remove apps from devices sharing same Apple id

I have multiple devices that I use the same Apple ID and login I want to delete apps from how do I permanently delete apps I use the same Apple ID login for different devices it only deletes off the one in my hand not the other one that’s not with me right now how do I fix this
