Ipad Pro n student discount

Hi I am now a student at Tafe and I am having an eye on the Ipad Pro. Am I still available for the student discount and can you give me the details about the promotion? I got one more question is what “promotion technology” in the Ipad pro features and how different it is from the Ipad Air features?
