Apple App Store

I get a notification, on the App Store when I want to update my apps, saying "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes".


I have tried everything that was recommended to fix the problem but nothing helped.


I need assistance with this please I have apps that needs to update before I can use them again.
