how can I change iTunes directory location without breaking current track rips

Currently I have my iTunes directory for CD rips on hard drive A (pointed at Drive E) I am going to move the tracks to a new hard drive - B and point it to a new drive letter & location.

How can I move those tracks and open iTunes without breaking the tracks that are already there are pointing to.

Since what’s there points to Drive E I will have to get those tracks to point to a new location. I know in the past on an old computer I’ve tried that and it made a mess of my iTunes doubling up tracks and showing broken track locations.

Thanks in advance for any help! Cheers!
