Hi,

Do you mean an Deskjet 2132 All-in-One printer? If so, at least according to the product specifications at https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-2130-all-in-one-printer-series/7174550/model/7529634/document/c04616318, this is a USB-only printer that does not support mobile printing solutions or Web Services.

USB On-The-Go is mentioned in connection with the Deskjet 2132 All-in-One in an HP article https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2843711-2427128-16, but a direct USB connection is not a supported solution for iPhone printing.

The only way to print from an iPhone would possibly be to connect the printer by USB to a Mac computer, which (in addition to appropriate printer drivers) has a special macOS app like Printopia installed. The Mac would act as a print server, and could be connected to a Wi-Fi router (wired by Ethernet, or wirelessly). The iPhone would have to be wirelessly connected to the same Wi-Fi router.
