Yesterday I purchased a new Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max and it is making feel ill along with vertigo. Why is that and what phone can I purchase that is an update from my Apple 10 that will not make me feel ill. I also had to return an Apple watch about 5 years ago for causing me to have vertigo immediately after putting it on.

My son uses blue light glasses. Have you tried using them to see if there’s any diff? I had never heard of your situation happening but found this article. Discuss w/your Dr!
I also purchased the iPhone 13 Pro Max in October after using an iPhone X for years without any issues. After using it for 2 months all of a sudden I started getting super dizzy every time I would use it. I ended up selling it and I’m currently using the iPhone SE 2020. I also tried an iPhone 11 since it has an LCD display which doesn’t have PWM but I got headaches from that. I’m suspecting the issues have something to do with the U1 chip since I was also getting headaches from the Apple Watch Series 6 which has the U1 chip when wearing it and have I no issues with my Series 5.
In addition to the above, go see your doctor.
Return it for a refund and buy something else.
