Unable to activate Imessage

Hi, I recently upgraded my iphone 7Plus (ios 13.7) to iphone 11 (ios15.4). Once I migrated my data I am unable to activate imessage from my iphone11. I tried activating imessage using different sim card in the phone 11, however for my current simcard it shows Activation unsuccessful.

Then I tried below possible methods to ractify this issue myself

>Reset the all settings

>Configure timezone and other related settings

> Finally endup in reseting the phone.

Even as a fresh phone it repeatedly showing me activation failed. Then I contacted my service provider, however they said theres no restriction in my account. Its quite frustrating and can someone recommend how to get this fixed.

Hey there, Ame ammar!

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like you’ve completed some great troubleshooting steps so far. You mentioned that you checked your time zone. Did you also ensure your Wi-Fi/cellular connection is working as expected?

Also, has it been 24 hours since the last attempt to update? If not, you will want to wait a full 24 hours as it can sometimes take that long to activate.

Kindest regards.
