How do we set "do not disturb" which also stops the alert vibration?

The 'Do Not Disturb' or Focus feature should help to turn off vibrations for incoming notifications. Are you currently experiencing apps that have vibrations for notifications while a Focus/Do Not Disturb is active? If so, is the device unlocked at the time?
