Why can’t my safari or any apps identify the website or anything I’m trying to find for example GOOGLE!

My got a used MacBook Pro around December of 2021, it does show this it was reserved and everything but when I go into safari and type in anything like for example google it does not read it. It says " safari can't verify the identity of the website "www.google.com" the certificate for this website is invalid. You might be connecting to a website that is pretending to be "www.google.com" , which could put your confidential information at risk would you like to connect to the website anyway? " this goes for anything you search in safari this message pops up and when I go into my App Store nothing pops up like I can't download anything I even tried to manufacture rest the MacBook Pro again but even that is not working I've tried everything I've went into the help tab and it says the help viewer can't identify the "help.apple.com" I'm starting to think my computer is fake and that I got scammed on Amazon 😞

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn't working

Was your Mac properly prepared for resale...?
