IOS Updates

Unfortunately, the iPhone 6 Plus is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.

The highest possible for that model is iOS 12.5.5.

Go to Settings > general > Software Update and choose the update you want to install.

Hi everyone, Apple users, Apple techs, and volunteer folks who spend their time answering questions for all us users that want a a quick, decisive, accurate, intelligent answer to the problem of, “my phone has fallen and I can’t read the analytics…..it has spyware and someone has hacked me. I want to thank everyone who has participated in the last 24 years or so of these problems getting dealt with over and over. Sometimes like a broken record. Honestly I stayed up tonight reading this stuff and have laughed out loud, answered to no one and felt your pain folks. It has been more fun than a good movie, Problem seekers, look at everything that’s been posted. It’s happened before. The analytics, that one I do feel you pain because we see it, we think it’s for us to read and all the answers are in that jumble of stuff. Programmers have a huge sense of humor and communicate to each other through that data, Anyway I wanted to thank everyone for a great night of fun stuff.

And to all you guys that are there to pull us fine from the cliff of disaster, thank you for your service. Have a good one and good luck to all.
