Trying to access the AppStore on my ipad

Hello i was trying to start using my ipad again after it was Reset from a Long While. When i tried using the appstore on the ipad it shows to contact Apple support when i try adding a payment method

(fixed this issue i just fixed it on my PC)

Cannot access app store Hello, I've been using an iPhone X for 2 years with no issues. Recently I got my iPad warranty replaced and when I logged into my Apple ID, the App store on my Phone stopped working. It gives me this "You can't connect to the app store, retry". I've logged on the other iPad before they replaced it and the store worked okay on both. But now it seems like something got desync, when I was activating the iPad I think it asked me to add a payment method which I skipped. The app store on my Phone already had a payment method. Maybe that got desync? I've tried EVERYTHING. Checking the time and dates are okay, turn in on and off, restoring network settings and even restoring the entire phone. I've tried logging out on every other device and still can't make it work.

App store purchases Why is it that when trying to make my first purchase after setting up my iPad, completing all my details correctly the get the following message "Please contact iTunes support to complete the transaction" There is NO link to support or any guidance on how to even go about getting support. I cannot complete the transaction????

AppStore on my iPad Everytime I try sign into my App Store, it says review, which I do, then I fill in all the details but it asks me to complete this transaction with iTunes support what do I do?

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:

Contact Apple for support and service
