I have MANY apps in my App Store that I have no use for. I clicked on manage apps; I just don’t understand WHY they can be removed from Home Screen but these useless apps can NEVER be deleted. What’s the sense in hiding them? Why can’t Apple just let us DELETE THEM? It’s absolutely ridiculous that they have stay in the Apps/hidden or not. There’s so many updates anymore, why not consider updating to let folks choose to DELETE them?

If you have Screen Time enabled, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and change Deleting Apps to Allow.
Then try deleting the app again.
