Emergency Info Currently if I put emergency info on my phone in health app, it shows up on my wife’s phone as well. It will not allow us to each have our own info. How do we fix this?

Carefully read the article linked above. In the “How to edit emergency contacts” section, simply tap on the relationship to change it.
