I can't stop hiding my activity

I can't stop hiding my activity. Error messages popped up after clicking the "Hide my Activity" and the "Remove Friend" buttons.

How could I fix the problem?

Update both the iPhone and the Watch to current, and try again.

Then if the following fails (again):

Share your Activity and compete with friends with your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Restart both the iPhone and the Watch, and try again.

Then contact Apple Support. Use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage.
