So I moved away from the iPhone but I bought a new macbook and have an apple card. Can I manage my apple card with my macbook or through the web? Say I loose my wallet, do I have to go back home, charge my old iphone, then freeze the card? Or can I do that through a browser?

The Apple Card website currently allows you to do things like pay your bill or view statements, however, it currently does not have a "lock card" function. You'll only find that function on an iPhone or iPad.
If you've lost your card and need to lock it and order a replacement, you'd want to contact the card issuer, which is Goldman Sachs at 877-255-5923.
