Have you been using original cables and adapters? Have you tried other electric outlets of your house?
If you’ve tried everything, then maybe the charging port is damaged, and needs to be replaced. In that case, contact Apple Support, or go to your nearest Apple Store or AASP.
Is the iPhone’s charging port clean? There may be debris and dust partially blocking the charge.
I will reset everything again tomorrow and clean the port and then just try loading again. If the problem remains, I will contact Apple. Thanks for the help
Yes, I have. I also changed cables and plugs, turned on and off, did a hard reset. Currently the iPhone charges about 3-4% per hour. The battery indicator consistently changes between green (with lightning) and white. You can always hear the sound that comes when you plug in the charging cable.
