Removal of soft case
How do l remove the soft case from my iPhone?
iPhone 5s, iOS 12
The soft case is leather effect. It’s as if it is glued to the back of my phone. There is no way that it would just slide off.

You may need to get help at an Apple Store so they can physically look at your phone.
Are you talking about a soft silicone case? If so, just stretch it and take it off.
