If we understand your post correctly, you want to know if there is a way to recover missing messages. We'd like to help!

If you deleted the messages from iCloud then the messages won't be able to be retrieved. However, if you saved them in your iPhone backup then you can restore your latest backup to retrieve the messages that were present when the backup was created.
