It would seem these are some type of Bluetooth headphones/earbuds. Have you followed the instructions in the manual for the headphones to put them into discovery/pairing mode? Once they are in that mode, open Settings>Bluetooth on the iPhone to put the iPhone into discovery/pairing mode. You should see the device there.
