ECG apple watch
There is no ECG set up feature on my iphone 13 pro max in the Health app. There is no ECG in the Heart section on my watch 8 app. The Health app does not show up on my watch 8

if one purchase or reside in a country where it's not approved it will not work
even if one purchase it 1 place and attempt to use it in a place where it is approved
