My apple ID is locked on my Ipad but not on my phone. The ipad keeps asking me to enter my icloud password also but it will not accept the one that works on my phone.

My ipad says my apple ID id locked for security reasons. It is not locked on other devices. It also keeps asking for my icloud password but will not accept it

Assuming the two devices aren’t associated with different Apple IDs, reset the Apple ID password, restart both, and try again.


If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


Failing that, contact Apple Support.
