I have iphone6s with a problem of the battery draining so fast! This month I replaced the battery 3 times but no change! Onc i sleep night time with a it On, morning time it ll be Off

You replaced the battery yourself? If so, your phone is unsupportable.
Recycle it and buy a new one. Apple won't touch it now.
Even if i buy a new one! It ll drain so fast again! Someone told me that the problem might be POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM can this be true?
If you changed the battery yourself, it could be anything. It really doesn't matter because your phone is no longer supportable.
Go buy one that hasn't been tampered with.
