My Aunt bought a used iPhone online thinking it was unlocked but once it arrived it was locked to owner. We tried reaching out to the seller but haven’t had a reply in months since she bought it. Now we are stuff with a phone we can’t use and lost the money spent on it. How can we get use out of this phone ?
You can't. If she can't get a refund and didn't buy through a service with some form of buyer protection, turn it over to the police and give them all the information you have on the seller.
