iPhone 7 Plus will not charge - how is this fixed?

First thing is to try a different cable, a different power adapter and a different mains outlet. If none of that works get a flashlight and a toothpick and carefully clean the Lightning port on your iPhone. If that still doesn't work click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
