Reset

I’m trying to reset my MacBook Pro 13”. It won’t let me get on the internet even thought the Wi-Fi is connected. It just keeps saying connectivity is offline but the Wi-Fi is on and connected. I feel like I just need to restart the whole computer but need help

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.2

I looked at the system info and it says it’s connected. So would it still be the Wi-Fi card?

This is new it has never happened before. I’ve tried other browsers everything says currently offline. The internet box has been rebooted and works just fine on my iPad and phones. I don’t know how to reboot the Mac that is what I’m trying to do. When I go to erase all content it won’t do it it gives me an operation error

If no wifi try an ethernet (cable) connection.

If your WiFI card is not recognized you have a hardware issue:

>System Preferences>(Option key) System Information >Network>Wifi

Old issue, new issue, what changed?

Did you try a different browser?

If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn't working

Did you try a hard reboot on your modem?
