Will Apple fix iPod?

My iPod is Model number A1236. It won't turn on. Can Apple fix it?

See iPodService Pricing – Apple Support. You might prefer to shop around for 3rd party repair services. Put it on charge overnight and see if it will start up when connected to power. If could be a dead battery.
