If your Mac is new then it most likely has Monterey installed. You can verify that by going to Apple menu (top left corner of the screen) > About This Mac.

Then see the following from Move your data from a Windows PC to a Mac - Apple Support

On your PC

Download and install the appropriate Windows Migration Assistant, based on the version of macOS on your Mac:
