What Happened To Recently Deleted Album In IOS 15.4

Did they get rid of the recently deleted album folder with the latest IOS release? I don't see it in photos anymore.

I have iOS 15.4 and Recently Deleted is still in the same place. I open the Photos app, tap "Albums" at the bottom of the screen and then scroll all of the way down to the Utilities section.
