The apps are not in App Store I need ?

The App Store Facebook app webpage :

If you are using a Mac, you might want to try finding the app in your list of App Store purchases:

( Eg: You may be able to redownload it ?)

View and manage purchased apps in the App Store on Mac – Apple Support

Else:

It seems he best source of help for a product not made by Apple (a third-party product)

is the company or person who made it—its vendor or developer:

OR

How to contact an app developer – Apple Support

Guess you tried tp re-download the purchased app to the iPad:

If there's an issue when you re-download apps, films or other content from Apple – Apple Support (AU)

i bought the above app 12 months ago. I have used it extensively and now

its not on the app store. No updates but also can’t transfer information to another person or ipad

not happy. Does anyone know anything. Thanks

As you see the app in your purchase history but you can't re-download it, 

You might want to: report a problem.

OR

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support (AU)

Or

if you want, you can send Feedback to Apple

Can’t be Re downloaded

it is already on my iPad but not in future iPads

the $5 it cost is nothing compared with the 1000 hours of research I put into the app and I want to keep and send to others

you can’t give feedback about a third party app 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wow, that's a lot of research ...

Sounds like you might want to contact the develop / supplier of the app.

(Eg: Maybe they have an update in the works ?)

Yes, bought 12 months ago, but unavailable now in australia.

cant send info to others or transfer to a new ipad
