Hi all, I have a PC that doesn’t have wifi and all the articles saying how to do this, say to use Personal Hotspot, but I’m not sure if it’s not working cause I have to use the cable as my PC doesn’t have the aforementioned wifi capabilities?
My PC never finds my iPhone in BT Device Search when I have Personal Hotspot on, BT on and have it connected via the USB Cable.
What do I need to do to get this to work?

Personal hotspot sends a wi-fi signal (it is a substitute for having a router that is connected to the internet send the signal). For it to work with your PC, your PC would need to be capable of using wi-fi.

I don’t need it for Wifi, I’m trying to use it as a BlueTooth Adapter/Dongle and all the articles that mention iPhone say to use Personal Hotspot to connect to the Computer and then I can do stuff to it’s settings to make it the BlueTooth Adapter/Dongle.
I feel like I’m doing something wrong here and I don’t know what.
