Mac Air

Hello,

My son accidently deleted the OS of a mac air. I have created a boot disk with TransMac on my PC with the Lion.dmg (OS), which was the original OS.

When trying to select a boot disk (option + power) , no boot disk with image shows.

Is there some info that I could be pointed to get this mac air up and running.

Thank you

Netken

Mount the Drive:

Boot into Recovery Mode (Intel or Silicon) . Then, using Disk Utility, see if the Hard Drive or installer are seen. If so, then see if you need to click the “Mount’ button for them. Try rebooting once more. If of no success, then click unmount button, and then the mount button. Try rebooting once more.
