How to add existing TAP card for seniors to Apple Wallet?

Is there a way to add an existing TAP card for seniors to Apple Wallet on iPhone and Watch?

Apple Wallet only connects to my credit card to add value, but there is no identifier for senior fare status.

Since seniors qualify for discount fare status, how can this be set up so the person automatically has the senior discount applied when riding public transit in Apple Wallet?
