Thanks for reaching out, Grandmajojo1.

It sounds like you're trying to adjust the time zone used by your Apple Watch. We can help.

On the Apple Watch, the time should update automatically from your paired iPhone.

When traveling, if the time on your Apple Watch has not changed automatically to reflect the new time zone shown on your iPhone, then the following steps may help:

Update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone (make a backup first):

Then, check your settings:

  1. On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Date & Time > if it is not already enabled, turn on Set Automatically.
  2. On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Privacy > Location Services:
  3. Check that Location Services is enabled.
  4. Check that Apple Watch Faces is set to While Using.
  5. Tap on System Services (at the bottom) > turn on Setting Time Zone.

Hope that helps.

Take care.
