iPhone Antenna

Is Apple actually fixing the internal antenna problem so that new future iPhones delivered do not have the same problem? And when will that happen?

Apparently this is an issue. If you try many iphones 4.0 at the Apple store, they all drop the intensity signal when held tightly in your left hand.

And that's why it is said that the problem is really blown out of proportion. Not very many people actually holds their phone tightly enough to cause the problem.

Yes it is a problem for the small amount of people who use an unnecessarily tight grip on their phone. But for the vast majority of users it is not a problem.

And the very same applies to a number of current popular phones in the smart phone category.

This is only a problem in a lower reception area to begin with - if held tightly in a certain way - with a "death grip" - why anyone would want to try to squeeze their cell phone to death is beyond me, or with the iPhone 4 when touching the break in the metal band at the lower left when in a lower reception area. The overwhelming majority of people use a case and using a case prevents touching X marks the spot with the iPhone 4 when in a low reception area.

Apple continues to have a hard time keeping up with production due to high demand.

Then don't buy one - simple.

I have no problems whatsoever for a couple of reasons. I don't squeeze my iPhone or any cell phone to death when holding and using it, and when purchasing a handheld device that retails for $699, I use a case with it. I used a case with my original iPhone, with my 3G, and no different with my iPhone 4.

Where are all the habitual whiners and ranters regarding the very same problem with all other current smart phones? They must be around since our society is filled with habitual whiners/ranters but no one gives a flip about the other phones which don't get anywhere near the media attention if any at all. Most of these idiots never or rately looked at the number of bars before and those who squeeze their cell phone to death have issues.
