Myofascial pain syndrome due to iMac M1 2021

Im a 34 assistant Professor, I was so excited about the new iMac and bought it about 8 months ago. The last 7 months I had severe neck and left shoulder pain that can’t seem to go away. I went to doctors and tried everything, changed my bed, changed my pillow, changed my desk and desk chair! Yesterday was diagnosed with MPS and the only thing that could have caused it is the PC un adjustable length ? There is absolutely no position which can relax my neck!

I have found that it can help to put something underneath the computer to make it taller if necessary so that you aren't looking down at it. There are stands you can buy for computer monitors to raise them, but you can also place books underneath. It might help to adjust it to a more comfortable height this way.
