How do I cancel an order right after it was charged to my card prior to order being fulfilled.

I want to cancel an order for an iPad mini that I placed yesterday. I'm told it won't be delivered until May 24th.
I ordered an iMac on 4/2/22 from Apple store which I assume is in Denver but now I want to cancel the order. I can not get the order number because I can not find it. I do not have an acknowledgment email. I've spent 2 hours trying to officially cancel the order. The info I received said the order would not be filled till early May. That is too long to wait. So I will discontinue my efforts trying to communicate. I have poor hearing so phone calls don:t work! You will not hear from me again.
