Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Howdy. I use a Behringer Motor49 Keyboard as its the only controller I know of with motorized faders. This worked perfectly in Mainstage 3.5, but in the new 3.6, while the faders work, they don't move by themselves... Anyone else have this issue? Let me know your thoughts...

UPDATE: After speaking with Apple Support, and then upgrade to 3.6.1 today... it seems the problem has been fixed! It doesn't seem to be listed in the update's change log, but I tried it just now, and once again my faders are moving on patch changes... Way to go, Apple! :)

In layout mode, I found that the behaviour of "send value to" changed in 3.6; I had some set that I didn't need which was causing problems; I changed the setting such that nothing got sent and that sorted it. I imagine that it is this setting that drives the motors for the faders so suggest you check that if not already done.
Thanks. That helped a little. Now, when I move a fader on the MAC, it DOES move on the Keyboard... But when I change patch, all the faders used to move to the correct position for the new patch... Now it still doesn't do that... The faders remain where they were from the last patch... So, we're half way there... but not all the way yet...

Motör61 user here, I have the exact same problem, couldn’t solve it until now. I have to note, the encoders also won’t jump at the right place for me - I’ve checked all the settings on the Motör, updated the firmware to 1.091, also in Mainstage, but no solution yet. Possibly the send value behavior has been changed…

I'm in the same boat. I use the motor live with B3 patches, and this is a big bummer as changing the patches used to change the faders showing where the drawbars are set. I hope this gets sorted soon for the patch change.
Howdy... As an update, I've spoken with Apple support, and they asked me to document the issue in a video and send them support files, which I did.... So it's in their hands at this point...
