App Store “Could Not Sign In” pop up

Somehow i signed out of my Apple ID then signed back in, but that is after they sent me too many verification codes. And now i cannot seem to sign in the App Store. Keeps on showing this pop up message “Could Not Sign In” and i have entered everything correctly.

Can someone tell me what the problem may be?
