You did not explain the reason for bringing your Mac to Apple or explain what they proposed to do with it, so I cannot speculate regarding the reason they apparently opened the case.

Given the information you provided I can only assume your Mac was at one time managed by an entity such as an employer or educational institution. I also assume that you want to release that Mac from their control so that you reconfigure it as your own. To do that follow these instructions: Erase all content and settings on Mac - Apple Support.

The terminology "clean install" is vague and Apple does not use it.

Exactly, what i thought as well but here is my receipt (pic)with the rest of the vagueness. I even called apple support and gave them the work repair # and they say they dont have any information well The first person said that and the supervisor just dodge the question. The problem with was the same as when i first fired it up last March Something would migrate or it would get an update upon turning it on that would only show up in the logs and then alias files would contine to be created til almost all folders would have a anblack arrow and tons on system files and all files would be listed in the logs with sayin "service stub created for file com.apple."file after file. see pic i would erase and reinstall about everymonth before it got to crippled and the last time i guess i let it go to far and after the erase there were no disk volumes to reinstsll back onto and they did diagnostic and it checked out fine with no visible volume and they sent it off to texas

I have everytime we did an erase reinstall it for about 2 weeks now, was 4 weeks or so they itgoes down fast. i took your advice and did the erase content and settings so now back to day 3 and got only these errors i can show and you got nothing after insulting with your "apple doesnt use that terminology" comment and i show you the reciept thatsyour advice. you got i laptop atleast 2012 or higher ? Ill trade you and it can be your working perfectly problem and if not then atleast try. in this shot i tried to get where the kernel process is <missing description> To me it appears that some plist files are nt where they are supposed to be , but im not certain which ones. Seems like they are safari relateds but something else is going on cause i xant even install any apps now it just makes me do the initial sign in an apple id registration over and over and over

ok i read that and it was a bit sporadic. ur right , they were my stickers on the case. I was trying to ask i guess if a clean install involves opening the case because My sticker was over a screw and thats how i noticed it had been opened. And no damage worthy of replacing just could tell they took screws out by the marks now on them , The reason that is a concern is that that wasnt told to me at all and the mbair is is the same if not worse than it was before on account that it has me on my personal , no school, noboss or anything just me and this mac yet its running as if it was a work or school computer with limitations and controlled from somewhere else How can i get privalege back as an administrator

the applestore is a 4 hr round trip from location and that was the 3rd time ive been there. This last time i stay and set up up there to see if good . I immediately checked console app with the head person that night and was going to look at the install log to see ans i didnt even get that far because saw constant stream of yellow and red faults going on as it was running. He said it was a software problem . Ok well what now. Thats all we can do.he replied. What, this is your software though. I just set up with a brand new apple id. i said. Its outside of my wheelhouse, he then said. After sime back and forth of what my options were. I was supposed to call support again and try to escalated the levels til i got to an engineer. Is that even possible? So far i get to a supervisors and they dont know what i am showing them. They just want to see something they can diagnose. Can anyone tell me or recommend a process to get to level 3 , or an engineer( if a real possibility) or basically how i can proceed from here. Thank You all for replying , Im at wits end with this.
