Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. When you go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health what are you seeing there? Do you not see the option at all, or does something other than a percentage show for battery capacity? Can you also let us know what iOS version you are using? You can find that in Settings > General > About.

If you had it replaced by Apple, take it back and have them fix it.
If you had it replaced by a third-party repair shop, then there is your problem. Apple doesn't sell their parts so the repair shop used non genuine parts and the battery doesn't have the circuitry to display the percentage.
Apple will not repair it now since a third party has tampered with it so unfortunately your stuck with this.
Your battery’s is significantly degraded an apple authorized service provider can replace the battery to restore full preferences and capacity
