Apple ID Activation

I bought a new MacBook Pro 13 inch and created a new iCloud account using the Mac but after two days it was showing ‘This Apple ID is not active’ kindly advise.

How to activate or log out your iCloud? I got a brand new MacBook Air 2 months ago and I decided I wanted a new Apple ID for this device. I created a new one and for some reason it says it’s not active and the Apple ID doesn’t exist. It’s the correct email and password and I can’t log out or change my settings to the computer because of it.
