i cant see a list of the devices on which i am log to my apple ID account

when going to settings, then clicking my name and surname i cant see the list of the devices on which i am logged in to my apple ID account. instead of this list i have a red note saying "list inaccessible"

plzzzzz help

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch *

Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.

Reset Device. -
